Brothers and Sisters ,1Eid 2008 is fast approaching and we are looking for volunteers to join our team and take part in gaining rewards insha‘Allah.
Many of you may have been present at the 1Eid Launch in Greenford (Eid ul Fitr 2007) You might remember the event was made to cater to around 3000 people. Alhumdulillah over the 2 days we saw nearly 8000 praying on the first day and over 12,500 people celebrate Eid together on the second day...
We managed to hold 2 Jamats of 4000 each, half of them being women, many of whom had never been able to pray Eid Salah before.
Imagine, coming before Allah SWT on the day of Judgement and being able to say you helped revive a forgotten Sunnah! how many people can say they helped 8000+ people pray thier Eid Salah correctly...Subhan'Allah... Think of the rewards YOU can gain.
If you are interested in Volunteering and your also tired of Praying Eid Salah Incorrectly join the 1Eid Army!! :(300):
We needs all sorts of help, both on the day and planning the event, so we need Brothers and Sisters with all skills to join.
We are also in needs of funding to make this years 1Eid happen and to make this an annual event. We would love to hear your fundraising ideas, so please email us on info@1Eid.net.
